Dear Delegate,
To support your arrival and participation in the upcoming conference, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has arranged a complimentary government-operated shuttle service for official delegates. This service includes transportation from the airport to your designated accommodation and daily transfers between your accommodation and the conference venue.
To ensure efficient planning and timely scheduling, we kindly ask that you complete the Transportation Request Form below with your travel and accommodation details. Submitting this information in advance will enable us to coordinate your pick-up and drop-off times accurately and provide you with a seamless and comfortable experience.

Transportation for Delegates
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda will also provide coaster buses or minibus shuttles to transport delegates on arrival to the official hotels, based on itineraries submitted; between the official hotels and the AUA Conference and Learning Center at fixed schedules that will be established for that purpose and published in due course, and from the official hotels to the airport upon departure.
